January 2026-A trip of a lifetime! Two weeks exploring the 7th Continent - Antarctica. Less than 1/10th of 1% of the world's population will ever visit here and we felt so privleged to have the opportunity to do so. Along with several friends, we boarded the 370-passenger Viking Polaris, a ship designed and built specifically for sailing the Arctic and Antarctic, replete with all of the 'toys' needed to provide a memorable experience. I can't even begin to find the words to describe what we were able to see and do over the time we were there, but certainly seeing penguins, seals and whales in their natural habitats, watching the magnificent landscape slip by as we sailed along, and actually setting foot on the continent of Antarctica remain highlights. These photos are but a small portion of those we took during our visit, and they still don't fully capture the breadth of our experience. Before boarding our ship, we also spent three days exploring Buenos Aires, which is an amazing and vibrant city that would be well-worth visiting again someday.
