Pricing - effective 1/1/2014

Single Family Home (sale or rental):

• Up to 3000 sq. ft. (Typical 3-4 bedrooms, 2 - 3.5 baths house): $135
• 3000 to 5000 sq ft.: $165
• Over 5000 sq. ft: priced individually.

Other Rental Properties (2-3 bedroom apartment/condo/townhouse):

• Single rental unit, single location:  $100

         Additional units, same location, same visit: $85

Commercial Properties:

Priced individually based on size and scope of work/useage

Services and Deliverables:

• 1 - 3 hour on-site photo shoot for most properties
• Expert digital darkroom processing
• Electronic delivery of web/MLS-ready images
• 24-hour turnaround
• License to use images for property marketing needs for the duration of the listing.

The total number of images for any property is not fixed and will vary based on the size and marketing needs of the specific property.  Typical number of images delivered ranges from 20-30 for a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath single family home.
